- Anatomy & Physiology I & II with lab (8 credits)
- Microbiology with lab (4 credits)
- General Chemistry or Organic Chemistry with lab (4 credits)

- Statistics (3 credits)
- Life Span/Developmental Psychology (3 credits)

- BSN from CHEA recognized school and nursing accreditation from CCNE or ACEN
- Official transcripts from all universities or colleges attended
- Minimum BSN GPA: 3.0
- Active unencumbered registered nurse license

- Residency in one of the following states: Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri or Nebraska
