How many start dates does the Online MSN Dual Track program have per year?
There are 3 intakes per year: fall, spring and summer.
How long will it take for me to complete the Online MSN Dual Track program?
The FNP-AGACNP Dual Track program can be completed in 8 semesters if you study full-time or 10 semesters on a part-time basis.
The FNP-PMHNP Dual Track program can be completed in 8 semesters if you study full-time or 11 semesters on a part-time basis.
What are the MSN Immersions?
MSN-FNP, PMHNP, AGACNP and Dual Track FNP-AGACNP students will complete two immersion experiences, one virtual and one on-campus. The Dual Track FNP-PMHNP students will complete three immersion experiences, two virtual and one on-campus. The on-campus immersions are multi-day experiences based on the program for students to receive clinical instruction and to further hone their skills.
Are the MSN Immersions required?
Yes, the on-campus and virtual immersion sessions for the different MSN programs are required.
Can I apply for the Online MSN Dual Track if I live outside of Missouri?
Yes. We are currently accepting applications from a number of states. Please visit our state authorization page to find out whether your state is included.
Are the Online MSN Dual Track classes 100% online?
Yes. The didactic coursework is delivered 100% online, along with one virtual immersion. One three-day clinical immersion will take place on the Rockhurst University campus.
How many credit hours are required for the Online MSN Dual Track programs?
The FNP-AGACNP online dual degree requires 62 credit hours of online coursework and 1,250 clinical hours to graduate.
The FNP-PMHNP online dual degree requires 63 credit hours of online coursework and 1,250 clinical hours to graduate.
