Biography
Kelly Phipps, Ph.D., J.D., is an associate professor of management in the Helzberg School of Management. Phipps' primary areas of teaching are in leadership development and organizational behavior. He teaches Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Leadership Development, Developing Leadership in Organizations, Spirituality and Values in Leadership, as well as Law of Commercial Transactions.
In 2010, Phipps received the prestigious Outstanding Professor of the Year award from the Helzberg School of Management's student advisory board.
