Biography

With 34 years of experience in education, Becky currently serves as the Executive Director of Elementary (K–5) for North Kansas City Schools, where she leads efforts to strengthen instructional leadership, support professional learning, and advance key district initiatives focused on student achievement. Her career includes successful service as a building principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, and classroom teacher across elementary and middle school settings. Becky is passionate about mentoring future leaders and expanding instructional capacity at all levels. In addition to her district leadership role, Becky also serves as an adjunct professor, teaching graduate-level courses in school supervision and instructional leadership, supporting the development of administrators. Her professional work is grounded in collaboration, continuous improvement, and a deep commitment to equitable and high-quality learning experiences for all students.
